The Central Michigan University board of trustees has approved plans to build a $95.3 million biosciences building on the Mount Pleasant campus. MLive.com says the building will be the largest capital project in the university's history. In 2017, the university expects to open a four-story, 158,934-square-foot building that will house research facilities, laboratories, 40 faculty offices, an auditorium and classrooms for biology and science studies.
