Second suspect charged in Texas community college shooting

A second suspect in this week's shooting at Lone Star College near Houston has been arrested, The Houston Chronicle says. Trey Foster, 22, is charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in the Tuesday shooting on the community college campus in north Harris County. Three people were wounded in the gunfire. Earlier, authorities charged Carlton Berry, 22, a friend of Foster's, with two counts of aggravated assault in connection with the shooting. Police say shooting may have stemmed from an altercation between Foster and another student at the college.
