One person is dead, 3 others wounded after high school graduation in Califorinia

A teenager was killed and three people were wounded Wednesday evening in a shooting after a high school graduation ceremony in California.

CNN reports that gunfire erupted at about 7:15 p.m. in the parking lot of Fairfield High School in Fairfield, about 50 miles northeast of San Francisco.

The person who died was 18. The three wounded victims are 11, 20 and 25. Their conditions were not disclosed

As of late Wednesday night, a suspect was not in custody, authorities said.

The shooting occurred after a graduation ceremony for Sem Yeto High School, an alternative school in the Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District that shares a campus with Fairfield High. The ceremony took place at Fairfield's Schaefer Stadium.
