A 10-year-old Florida boy has been arrested and accused of threatening to carry out a mass shooting against his elementary school.
The boy allegedly sent a series of text messages that targeted Patriot Elementary School in Cape Coral, Fla., reports WINK-TV.
According to the arrest report, the boy texted someone photos of cash and four AR-15 rifles. They warned, “get ready for water day.”
The 10-year-old is being held in a juvenile detention facility.
