Naked intruder causes $100,000 in damages at Florida high school

Police say the man spent nearly 24 hours vandalizing Miramar High School in Miramar, Fla.

Police are searching for a man who broke into a high school in Miramar, Fla., on Memorial Day and caused as much as $100,000 in damage — all while naked.

The Miami Herald reports that the suspect is seen on surveillance video vandalizing Miramar High School for nearly 24 hours. Police in Miramar say the man entered the school just before 8 a.m. Monday and was still going through the premises around 6 a.m. on Tuesday.

During that time, police say, he broke computers, painted graffiti on walls and flooded certain areas of the school. School officials estimated the cost of damages at $100,000.

Investigators say it is not clear if the man has any connection to the school.
