The Illinois Emergency Management Agency announced a $25 million program that will enable public schools and state universities apply for grants to increase campus security.

The Illinois Emergency Management Agency announced a $25 million program that will enable public schools and state universities apply for grants to increase campus security.  The program is a result of a review of national crisis situations and will focus on installing more secure doors, windows, and locks, the Southern Illinoisan reported.
