Districts with the highest percentage of charter school students, 2012-13

The National Alliance for Public Charter Schools says 79 percent of students attending public schools in Orleans Parish, La., were enrolled in charter schools in 2012-13. No other district had a higher percentage of charter school students. Here are the 10 school systems with the highest percentage of students in charter schools.
