Keiser University plans to significantly expand its campus in West Palm Beach, Florida, by constructing a five-story residence hall and a five-story STEM center.

The Palm Beach Post reports that the 155,000-square-foot residence hall is expected to house 592 students. The 100,000-square-foot science, technology, engineering and math center will specialize in what Keiser is describing as "multi-educational simulation."

“This major expansion of Keiser University’s flagship campus represents a significant investment in our students and the future of West Palm Beach,” says the university system's chancellor, Arthur Keiser.

Keiser has campuses in 17 Florida cities, including its flagship residential campus in West Palm Beach.

The new residence hall will have offices, classrooms, study rooms, a café,
student kitchens, laundry facilities and a game room.

The STEM center, which the school is calling the Keiser University Simulation
Center for Excellence, will provide "immersive, interdisciplinary training through
advanced simulation, preparing students and professionals to respond to real-world
challenges across health care, public safety, and emergency management."
