The center is part of a $36 million districtwide facilities upgrade.

The Charlotte (Mich.) district is preparing to start construction on the first phase of a three-phase, $36 million bond project.

Crews will start work at Charlotte High School this summer on a new agricultural learning center, a concession stand between the district's softball and baseball fields and a new walking path, reports FOX 47 News. They will also upgrade playground equipment at several campuses.
