The Northside (Texas) district is constructing a new athletics building at Stevenson Middle School in San Antonio.
The district is demolishing the existing athletics building and constructing a new 32,000-square-foot facility featuring mechanical, electrical and plumbing upgrades, technology and security systems, exterior grading, site utilities, landscaping, and an irrigation system.
The building will house practice and competition gyms, as well as locker rooms. The project also includes a storage building and two exterior basketball courts.
Construction is scheduled for completion in summer 2022.
Adolfson & Peterson Construction is the builder, and NextGen Architects is the architect.
