A three-phase, $25 million project in the Three Forks (Mont.) school district will modernize its K-12 campus
The project calls for adding high school space, a new gym/flex space, and eight elementary school classrooms, reports Belgrade News.
The district also will renovate existing high school space, and overhaul outdated mechanical/electrical/and plumbing systems.
Superintendent Jeff Elliot said the first phase addition to the school, along with an extensive renovation of the cafeteria, is expected to be ready for occupancy in the fall 2022.
Renovation of the high school and the mechanical/electrical/plumbing updates will be done after the new addition opens.
The construction plan has been designed to minimize disruption for staff and students, who will be attending classes on the campus as the work is carried out.
The architect is 45 Architecture and the contractor is Langlas and Associates.
