Ohio Dominican plans new student center

Columbus school hopes facility will be its new public face.

Construction is scheduled to start next spring on the Bishop James A. Griffin Student Center at Ohio Dominican University in Columbus. The $21 million, 82,000-square-foot complex, with a design mix of glass, steel and stone, is intended to be Ohio Dominican's new public face. It will include a bookstore, convenience store, student health center, meeting space and lounge and entertainment areas. The architect is Moody Nolan.
