Tragedy at Virginia Tech: Governor orders independent probe of campus response

Virginia Gov. Timothy M. Kaine (D) says former state police superintendent Gerald Massengill will lead an independent review of Virginia Tech's handling of Monday's massacre, following criticism that the university waited too long to inform students and faculty of a potential danger.
