Tragedy at Virginia Tech: Details emerge on Virginia Tech assailant

Police at Virginia Tech have identified Cho Seung-Hui, a 23-year-old student, as the killer of 32 people in the shooting rampage at the university. Cho, a South Korean immigrant left behind a note in which he complained about what he saw as the moral laxity and double-dealing among wealthier and more privileged students.
