Tragedy at Virginia Tech: Police questioned shooter in 2005 about alleged stalking

Cho Seung Hui was questioned by campus police twice in late 2005 after female students complained he was harassing them, then sent to an outside mental health facility for evaluation. Police say he was not charged with a criminal violation in either incident, and neither of the female students who called police about Cho's behavior were among those killed Monday.
