The Palm Beach County, Fla., School Board is seeking bids to build an athletic stadium at the new Boynton Beach High School. If the board ends up paying for construction of the stadium, it will make a drastic change in standing practice. The district has not been paying for big-bucks school stadiums, instead leaving it to schools to raise the money themselves.
