Houston district may join lawsuit over Texas school finance

SCHOOL FINANCE: Amid growing concern that the Texas legislature may not overhaul the states' school finance formula, the Houston district is considering joining more than 70 other districts that have sued the state to change the way schools are funded. (Houston Chronicle)
