Two Texas districts—Richardson and Royse City—have won approval of bond packages. The Richardson vote allows the district to issue $351.7 million in bonds to renovate facilities, buy land and build schools. Royse City's $13.7 million bond package will pay for a new elementary school and a technology wing at Royse City High School.
