Suspended Palm Beach County, Fla., facilities chief files whistleblower complaint against district

Suspended facilities manager Ed Oppel has filed a whistle-blower complaint against the Palm Beach County School District. Oppel alleges a district audit failed to disclose the full amount of money owed to the district by vinyl flooring companies that overbilled for services.
