The Columbus Board of Education has authorized the issuance of $8 million worth of bonds to pay for the first new school in the district in almost a quarter-century.

The Columbus Board of Education has authorized the issuance of $8 million worth of bonds to pay for the first new school in the district in almost a quarter-century. The district will have to break ground on the North Side project by fall if the school is to be completed in time for use as a model to help pass a massive bond levy for other new schools.
