Spurred by predictions of classroom crowding, Broward County School Board members brainstormed about a bond issue, relaxing the leash on raising taxes and reviving unpopular solutions such as year-round schedules and double sessions. The district plans to present short-term and long-term options at a workshop in late October or November.
