Company pleads guilty to E-rate fraud

E-RATE PROBE: NEC Business Network Solutions has agreed to plead guilty to two charges in connection with a scheme to defraud the federal E-rate program that subsidizes school technology upgrades. The company will pay $20.7 million in fines and restitution. (New York Times)...
