DESOTO — Mill Valley High School, located in one of the fastest-growing districts in Kansas, recently was completed.
The 26-acre site is adjacent to a middle school and elementary school to create a K-12 campus. The building furthers the district's “Teaming and Theming” philosophy of learning. Each classroom wing is organized into academic teams that consist of a science lab, math classroom, communication arts classroom and a social studies classroom. Teams allow for interaction among students of all ages stretching across many different disciplines.
