Endicott College in Beverly, Mass., officially introduced a 3,000-panel solar canopy on its campus. The photovoltaic canopy, which has been in operation since January, is the largest solar panel to date in Massachusetts and covers a 255-space parking lot. It produces 945 kilowatts of power, which accounts for between 7 and 10 percent of the school’s electric supply.
