Morris Brown College is selling off much of its property in an attempt to rally from Chapter 11 bankruptcy and keep its doors open, Clutch Magazine reported. The college, which at its height had 3,000 students, now only claims 35 and sits on a valuable 35-acre plot of land just west of the new stadium that will house the Atlanta Falcons.  A lucrative land deal may be the only option to keep the school open.
