Bike Center at Boise State Gets New Home

Boise State University in Boise, Idaho, has opened a new home for its Cycle Learning Center.

Boise State University in Boise, Idaho, has opened a new home for its Cycle Learning Center.

The center, a partnership of University Health and Recreation and Transportation & Parking Services, promotes the use of bicycles and transportation options other than automobiles. It provides basic bike repair, instructional clinics and information about alternative transportation.

With its new home in a parking garage near the student union, the center is more convenient for students, and can offer more programs and services. Those include organized group rides, maintenance classes, riding-incentive programs and classes on commuting by bicycle.
