Pat Skorkowsky, the new superintendent of the Clark County (Nev.) district, has unveiled his vision for the nation's fifth-largest school system — and it sounds a lot like his predecessor's plans. The Las Vegas Sun says Skorkowsky, a 25-year veteran of the district, plans to continue the reform efforts started under Dwight Jones.
