The Turlock Unified School District in California has agreed to pay a $6 million settlement in a lawsuit after a 6-year old girl suffered head trauma in a playground fall. The girl’s grandparents said that students were playing an unsupervised game of tag and slammed into their granddaughter, the Turlock City News reported.
