Max, N.D. residents to vote on school bond

The bond issue would result in about about $335 increase in taxes each year for the owner of a $100,000 home.

Residents of Max, N.D.  will have the opportunity to decide on a proposed $8 million school bond issue next month.

If approved, the money would pay for building renovations, classroom additions and a $3.3 million heating and electrical system upgrade, the Bismarck Tribune reported.

The bond issue would result in about about $335 increase in taxes each year for the owner of a $100,000 home. The election is scheduled for Feb. 20.
