Canyons (Utah) district breaks ground on new high school

$65 million facility will accommodate 1,800 students

From The Deseret News: The Canyons (Utah) School District has broken ground on a new high school in Draper. The building will cost an estimated $65 million and is scheduled to open in the fall of 2013. It will accommodate up to 1,800 students and will be the first new school built by the Canyons District, which splintered from the Jordan district in 2009.
