Group says Buena Park district lets non-religious groups use facilities at no charge

From The Orange County Register: The Buena Park (Calif.) School District has been accused of improperly refusing to let a religious group meet on district property for free. In a lawsuit, the Child Evangelism Fellowship contends that the district wanted to charge the group more than $4,300 to hold a series of after-school meetings at Beatty Elementary School, while other organizations, such as the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts, were allowed to use district facilities for free.
