Harrison County district says River Oaks Elementary will open in 2014

From The Biloxi Sun-Herald: The Harrison County (Miss.) school district will open a new elementary school in time for the 2014-15 school year. Officials have broken ground on River Oaks Elementary in Gulfport. The new school will help the district address steady enrollment growth.
