Oceanside (Calif.) school facility upgrades are progressing

From The San Diego Union-Tribune: Efforts to modernize campuses across the Oceanside (Calif.) Unified School District are on target, officials say. Extreme makeovers at El Camino High School and Del Rio Elementary School are on track to be finished next school year, and the modernization of Lincoln Middle School will begin in June.
