Rights group says Florida is failing to provide a high-quality education to students

From The Palm Beach Post: Pointing to poor graduation rates in the Palm Beach County (Fla.) district, the American Civil Liberties Union has sued the state of Florida, contending that it is not living up to its constitutional duty to ensure that all students receive a high-quality education. The lawsuit does not seek monetary damages, but asks a judge to step in and set goals for increasing the graduation rate.
