Oklahoma district passes $63.2 million bond proposal

Western Heights district will build 3 new facilities

TheWestern Heights (Okla.) district has won approval of a $63.2 million bond proposal. The funds will be used for building a new Council Grove Elementary School, a fifth- and sixth-grade center and a ninth-grade center.
