Group says Palm Beach County system doesn't provide students with adequate education

The American Civil Liberties Union has sued the Palm Beach County (Fla.) school district, contending that the district's low graduation rate demonstrates a violation of students' constitutional right to an adequate education.
The ACLU contends that at least one in three students don't graduate on time, worse than state and national averages. And it cites a "significant disparity" between the local graduation rates of white students and their black and Hispanic peers.
