Nyack (N.Y.) district asks voters to approve bond funds

Money would pay for repairs and surfacing of athletic fields

The Nyack (N.Y.) district is seeking voter approval on Dec. 11 of a $16.5 million bond proposal. The money would enable the district to install new roofs and windows and make other repairs at several school facilities. It also would provide funds to install artificial turf at two athletic fields and a sod surface at a middle school field.
