    Community college district settles road payment dispute

    Grossmont-Cuyamaca district waged 3-year battle with San Diego County over road improvements.

    The Grossmont-Cuyamaca (Calif.) Community College District will pay $858,000 to settle a lawsuit with San Diego County, ending a three-year legal battle over who should pay for road improvements around the expanding Cuyamaca College.
