Tuition and fees at public colleges rise 6.5 percent

From The New York Times: The average annual cost of tuition and fees at four-year public colleges rose 6.5 percent from last year, to $7,020, according to a report issued by the College Board. Including room and board, the average total cost of attendance is $15,213, up 5.9 percent from last year.
