Middle school planned for Hardin County, Ky.

750-student facility would open in 2009.

The Hardin County (Ky.) school board has received design plans for a new middle school. The new middle school will be behind North Hardin High School. It will accommodate 750 students in a two-story building of about 99,000 square feet. The building should be completed in August 2009, and the estimated total cost of the project is $19 million. The architect is Sherman-Carter-Barnhart.
