Massachusetts college is building residence hall

Facility at Anna Maria College will accommodate 44 students.

Anna Maria College in Paxton, Mass., is building a 44-bed residence hall. Construction on the $2.5 million facility will begin in the Spring, and officials plan for the building to be ready for student occupancy before the fall semester. It will have an elevator, air conditioning, common areas and an atrium. The architect is Juster Pope Frazier.
