Arrest warrant issued for school's former finance officer

Cabarrus County, N.C., authorities have issued an arrest warrant for a Harrisburg charter school's former finance officer on charges she embezzled more than $137,000. Sandra Vielbaum, 57, had worked at Carolina International School since shortly after it opened in fall 2004. The alleged embezzlement at the school had been going on for more than a year; it had been discovered in the past two weeks.
