Michigan district wants to get rid of unused portables

Mount Clemens doesn't need portables any longer, but must keep them maintained if they remain on campuses
There was a time when Mount Clemens (Mich.) Community Schools needed nearly a dozen portable trailers to relieve its overcrowded classrooms. Now, with enrollment down and finances strained, the district is trying to unload the unused units. If the district can't find alternative uses for them, it may tear them down or offer them to anyone willing to come and get them.
