Enrollment drop, financial woes claim Rice High

From The New York Times: Rice High School, a Roman Catholic boys’ school in New York City's Harlem neighborhood, says it will shut down at the end of the school year, after 73 years, because of financial difficulties. School officials say they could neither attract enough students to make ends meet nor raise enough money to fill the gap. Student enrollment at Rice had dropped by 44 percent since 2003.
