Despite economy, building projects continue at Tennessee colleges

From The Nashville Tennessean: Colleges may be tightening their belts, but there's still room in most budgets for a few big-ticket building projects. Bulldozers and construction crews are rolling across campuses throughout Tennessee, at work on new classrooms, residence halls and student centers.
