Board president says 2 applications were short on specifics
From The Washington Post: The Montgomery County (Md.) school board has again rejected applications for what would be the county’s first two charter schools. School board President Christopher S. Barclay called the proposals short on specifics and shallow in educational strategy. But organizers of at least one of the programs plan to appeal to the state.
