Charter would open inside walls of existing Houston school

The most recognized charter high school system in Texas plans to open a campus inside Houston school district's struggling Lee High School. YES Prep Public Schools, which has received national accolades for preparing urban students from poor families for college, would operate as a separate school within Lee's walls under the plan.
