From The Daily Journal of Commerce: Oregon State University will break ground in May on a new residence hall and education center on its campus in Corvallis. The 148,000-square-foot building will house rooms for 350 international and American students, as well as provide classroom space, a 110-seat classroom auditorium, a coffee shop and a market. The university’s international enrollment is predicted to increase from about 4.8 percent in 2009 to 10 percent within the next five years, prompting the need for more housing. The architect is Mahlum Architecture.
