Funds authorized for high school construction in New Richmond, Wis. Bonds also will pay for converting existing high school to middle school.
Voters in the New Richmond (Wis.) district have approved a $92.9 million bond proposal that will pay for a new high school and other projects. The district also will build a new elementary school, remodel an existing elementary and convert the existing high school to a middle school.
