Facility upgrades sought in Iowa district

Voters in the West Branch (Iowa) Community School District will go to the polls on Sept. 11 to decide on a $3.2 million bond proposal. The money will pay for geothermal heating and cooling systems at Hoover Elementary, and air conditioning at West Branch Middle School.
